PCC announces their selection by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel to the newspaper’s list of 2011 Top 100 Workplaces in Southeastern Wisconsin.

For the second consecutive year the Journal Sentinel invited workers in the region to nominate their employers. Workplace consultant WorkplaceDynamics was enlisted to manage tens of thousands of completed employee surveys and analyze the results. The primary objective was to discover the best practices local companies used to successfully provide a fulfilling work environment. The other goal was to recognize the positive impact employee loyalty and quality of life had on the community at large, especially during an unstable economic period. PCC was ranked 10th out of the 49 small size businesses (149 employees or less) that comprised the overall Top 100.

One testament to PCC’s excellent workplace culture is the company’s unbelievably low employee turnover rates. Workers reported having a dynamic environment which encourages everyone to work together and continually develop their skills at new technologies.
